We will produce a small quantity of various types of laminated products with a minimum diameter of φ5 mm to a maximum diameter of φ255 mm using riveting.

At Sunrie Co., Ltd., we carry out small-lot production of a variety of laminated products ranging from a minimum diameter of φ5mm to a maximum of φ255mm, using dowels and rivets. Our features include processing the inner core by pressing and the outer aluminum ring by lathe machining. We provide integrated production from design to pressing, aluminum ring processing, and assembly. The coaxiality between the inner core and the outer ring is φ0.02. This is a motor core assembly product. The material of the laminated core is 35A440, which is primarily used for power transmission devices and is classified as a laminated core product. This motor core undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets are laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies that has received much appreciation from our customers. Additionally, in the wire cutting process, the T-shaped stator part is processed to be divided into “-” and “I” shapes. [Production Example] Stepper Motor Core

Core using press-type inner layer.

This is a laminated core for stepping motors. It was manufactured by laminating electromagnetic steel sheets with a thickness of 0.2t using round dowel rivets. Unlike the common thicknesses of 0.35t or 0.5t for laminated core steel sheets, the 0.2t round dowel rivet lamination requires a very high precision press mold. However, our company designs and manufactures the press molds for laminated core production in-house, and we have numerous achievements and know-how regarding the prototype processing of laminated cores, so we can handle the production of laminated cores with such high precision without any issues. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only general iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing of custom shims to mass production.
